Inspired by John Willies notorious S&M comic strip, the movie blends action, fantasy, and eroticism, with a visual style reminiscent of pulp comics and old-fashioned adventure serials. Its campy tone, exotic settings, and daring costumes made it a cult classic.
The soundtrack, highlighted by Willards Theme, is a dreamy fusion of synthesizers, baroque influences, and 80s flair, blending traditional orchestral elements with contemporary electronic sounds.
To honor Pierre Bachelets legacy 20 years after his passing, this special edition presents the original LP program, previously released by RCA, remastered from Sony Musics pristine stereo master tapes. Limited to 500 individually numbered copies, the album is pressed on silver-and-black marbled vinyl.
